Hosted VoIP Click-to-Call Feature

This is a web portal feature that works in tandem with your telephone set and allows you to redial or call back a phone number just by hovering your mouse over the phone number and clicking. It is one of the most common features found in hosted phone systems and is, of course, included in ours. Numbers that are visible in your Messages, Call History or Contacts tabs can be redialed quickly from your PC and connected to your desk set.  It’s that simple.
