Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce
PROBLEM: The Chamber had a very old PBX telephone system that no one wanted to take care of. It was also showing signs of failing permanently and their IT department feared that it was going to be sooner rather than later. They also needed to reduce their monthly phone/internet bill, integrate their voicemail messages with their email service, update the after hours greeting, and be able to get metrics to track their marketing campaigns.
INSIGHT: Everyone knew the clock was ticking on the old system and wanted to make the transition as easy as possible. We could mimic how their old phone system worked as well as give them the new features they were looking for.
SOLUTION: Once ported we set them up as a small call center. This allowed them to get all the statistics they needed for campaign tracking. Also included was voicemail to email features so that they could archive important voicemail messages and forward them, when needed, to the appropriate department. All this while saving them hundreds of dollars a month on their bill.
